“Ran Kan Kan”: Tito Puente’s First Hit

Tito Puente, El Rey, recorded his first international hit, “Ran Kan Kan,” on this day in 1949. El Rey, as Puente was known, is featured on the Latin Music Legends stamps, which were issued earlier this year.

If you like Puente and these stamps as much as we do, you might also enjoy this set of five prints suitable for framing. Beautiful!
