Dedication to the Flag

The Flag for All Seasons Forever® stamps were celebrated during a ceremony held Flag Day at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.

news12s4Veterans, public officials, facility staff members, and representatives of members of Congress attended the event, which centered on the panel of four stamps illustrating the U.S. flag in different seasons of the year.

“The American Flag is the fabric of our nation,” said Palms West Station Customer Service Manager Andrew Moir. “The seasons illustrated in these stamps represent the people in this room today, who have passed through their own seasons of struggle and who have a clear understanding of what the American flag means to our nation.”
